- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been coming here for 3 years. Their policy changed a couple months ago and I understand that and they follow a new procedure. I have 3 dogs one of them is really nervous and hates getting her nails done. She moves around a lot and sometimes needs to people to finish the job. But this time they didn't finish the job. Keep telling me about the dumb policy. Then why didn't I have problems this whole time!! Called corporate, then the store manager calls all's I get is I'm Sorry. Had to go there 2 times and the job didn't get done! Poor customer service. Only picking up dentastix and worms for my bird and that's it.July 22, 2017by Jenny V
